| Navigating Marine Workers Compensation | Attendees will review the Longshore and Harbor Workers Act, Maritime Employers Liability, Merchant Marine Act (the Jones Act), Protection and Indemnity and all forms of marine exposure for employees. They will learn how to properly identify these various exposures and be able to recommend the coverages for them. They will also be able to explain how they fit into a risk management program of businesses with maritime exposures. (4 Hours) |
